- Co-created http://independence.wa.gov, a resource for Foster Youth transitioning to independence in 2007 for the Foster Care to College Partnership.
- Created "The Map For Success" recognized by Al Gore's National Performance Review among 12 other Internet resources such as Career Builder and Monster.com in 1997 (site is no longer posted)
- Created Career World, an online career transition resource for Washington WorkFirst participants 1999-2000
- Authored "The Ultimate Job Finding Map" a complete, holistic career transition guide for Washington State Dept. of Personnel 1995
- Designed and wrote content for Washington WorkSource, 1997-1999..
- Ran weekly workshops helping people identify values, skills, and job search strategies 1988-89, 1993-95,
